About Kidz Korna (KKO)

Our Mission

Since 1994, we've been providing resources while building family connections and strengthening communities to prioritize violence and abuse prevention. Our outreach tours, projects, multi-programs and Kidz Korna Tv Show have helped with purposeful guidance and shaped many characteristics for quality behaviors of at-risk youth in the city of Chicagoland to God be the glory.

Our History

We started as a small youth group with a handful of volunteers, operating our youth-led television talk show at Can-Television, The very first episode was on youth and violence, and have since grown into a thriving organization that has served thousands of families every year with resources, helped countless of youth and young people succeed and have connected communities together with a common goal of encouraging them to join the fight in helping us protect others through our giveaway tours and more.

Our Vision

Continuing our goal of impacting Chicagoland residents while encouraging them to get involved with helping to redirect the negative actions that is overshadowing the positive growth and productivity of our youth. To date, we've helped to create, assist and/or mentored over 100 youth related startup organizations and programs, we have distributed and lectured approximately 2 million in tangible donations to over 60 communities while discussing ways to minimize violence and abuse. Our forward pathway is to increase our resources to increase our reach in collectively minimizing violence and abuse together.
